One Injured in Train-Vehicle Collision in Midland

 

MIDLAND, TX — One person was injured Wednesday evening in a collision between a train and a vehicle on the 3600 block of East Highway 80, according to the City of Midland.

According to Midland's CBS7, the Midland Fire Department responded to the scene around 7:20 p.m. The collision occurred between North County Roads 1150 and 1160.

Emergency responders used the jaws of life to extract the injured individual from the vehicle. The extent of the person’s injuries has not been disclosed.
