A traffic stop in western Lubbock County led to a pursuit that ended with the arrest of a driver Wednesday afternoon, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) has added Kendrick Kevon Taylor, a documented Crips gang member, to its Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives List following a fatal shooting in Lubbock last month.
