According to Texas DPS, one student was injured and taken to Midland Memorial Hospital with minor injuries. All other students involved in the crash were released to their parents.

The school bus had significant front-end damage, but whether or not the damage was due to the semi or the electric pole alone could not be determined. The semi-truck did not appear to have significant damage done to the vehicle other than observable damage to the front of the truck.

This is a developing story.
