SEMINOLE, TX – A woman was killed in a three-vehicle crash Thursday morning in Gaines County, the Texas Department of Public Safety reported.

The crash occurred at the intersection of FM 181 and CR 303. According to DPS, Christina Krahn Loeppky, 32, of Seminole, was driving southwest on FM 181 when she rear-ended a car that had stopped to turn left onto CR 303.

The impact caused her Jeep Wrangler to collide with the car, which struck the side of a trailer towed by a pickup truck traveling northeast on FM 181.

Loeppky was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from her vehicle. She was pronounced dead at the scene by Justice of the Peace Patrick Kissick.

The driver of the car was transported to a hospital with minor injuries, while the driver of the pickup truck was not injured.
