The twelfth defendant, Miguel Ramirez-Pedroza, was arrested and charged via criminal complaint with possession with intent to distribute cocaine. His initial court appearance will be scheduled later, according to the release.
During the operation, agents executed searches at six locations, seizing approximately 13 pounds of cocaine, five firearms, and $55,000 in cash.
It is important to note that an indictment or complaint is an allegation of criminal conduct, not evidence. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. If convicted, some may face potential life sentences in federal prison.
