Hobbs PD Seek Public's Help in Identifying Shooting Suspects

 

HOBBS, NM — The Hobbs Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying two individuals.

According to a post on Facebook from the Hobbs Police Department, the suspects are wanted for questioning in connection with a shooting on November 17.

Authorities have released photos of the individuals believed to be involved in the incident.

The police urge anyone who recognizes them or has information about the case to come forward.

Hobbs Police asks anyone who knows the identity of either or both individuals to contact the Hobbs Police Department at (575) 397-9265 or Lea County Crime Stoppers at (575) 393-8005. Tips can also be submitted via private message to the Hobbs Police Department's Facebook page. 

Officials noted that the department's social media is not monitored in real-time and should not be used to report active crimes.

The Hobbs Police Department encourages the public to provide any relevant information, as it could be crucial to the investigation.
