LPD Search for Suspect Who Fired Gun in December Robbery

 

LUBBOCK, TX — The Lubbock Police Department is asking the public for help with an attempted robbery in central Lubbock in December.

On December 22, at around 3:10 a.m., officers responded to a store at the 4400 block of 34th Street. Investigators said a man entered the store, brandished a gun, and fired a shot into the ceiling before running away on foot.

According to an LPD release, the suspect is a white male wearing a black hoodie with the words "Make Money, Not Friends" in white lettering, black pants, a black mask, and black shoes.

If anyone knows anything about this incident, LPD asks that they contact Detective Trevor Ward at 806-775-2432 or the Crime Line at 806-741-1000. Callers may remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward.
