Man Injured in Shooting at Central Littlefield Home

 

LITTLEFIELD, TX — Littlefield Police are investigating a shooting that occurred late Wednesday night at a home in central Littlefield.

According to a press release, officers were dispatched to the 700 block of E. Waylon Jennings Boulevard around 10:51 p.m. after reports of shots fired. 

When they arrived, they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to a nearby hospital by Littlefield EMS. His condition has not yet been released.

Police stated there is no ongoing threat to the public and that the investigation is still active. 

No additional details have been made available at this time, says LPD.
