Lubbock Police Department Hosting Promotion Ceremony

LUBBOCK, TX – Lubbock Police Department will be hosting a promotion ceremony at 3:00pm today, August 20th, at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center, located at 1501 Mac Davis Lane.

The men who studied and tested to earn their promotions are below:

Promoting to Deputy Chief:

  • Lieutenant Marcus Wall

 

Promoting to Lieutenant:

  • Sergeant Justin Anderson

 

Promoting to Sergeant:

  • Corporal John Willhelm
  • Corporal Daniel Merritt

 

Promoting to Corporal:

  • Officer Christopher Kiss
  • Officer Collin Woodard

The Lubbock Police Department has stated that they are very proud of the men and that a lot of time and effort goes into preparing for and taking a promotions test.
