LUBBOCK, TX – Stretch Zone, a practitioner-assisted stretching studio, celebrated its first anniversary and was inducted into the Lubbock Chamber of Commerce on September 13, 2024.

According to their website, Stretch Zone utilizes patented and proprietary equipment and their practitioners follow specific protocols to properly position, stabilize, and manipulate muscles using powerful principles of neuromuscular behavior.
Stretch Zone is open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, and is closed on Sunday. They are located at 7320 Milwaukee Avenue Suite 600.
