Fire Hits Park Tower Apartments, Evacuations in Progress

LUBBOCK, TX – Lubbock Fire Rescue is on the scene of a structure fire at Park Tower Apartments.

A call came in around 8:30 a.m. as a fire alarm in the 1600 block, but it has since escalated to a full structure response.

Firefighters are actively evacuating residents due to reports of smoke on multiple floors. 

 

Interior teams are working to locate the source of the fire.
