LUBBOCK, TX – A spectacular new holiday attraction is set to light up the season in Lubbock, promising a fun experience for families and visitors. Lubbock Light Park, organized by local couple Zach and Grace Maldonado, will open on November 8, 2024, between the Home Depot and Premiere Cinemas at 6002 Slide Road.
The drive-through display will feature hundreds of thousands of lights, over 500 animated characters, and towering 17-foot Christmas trees, creating a dazzling holiday spectacle. One of the highlights will be an 80-yard tunnel that guides visitors through a captivating park filled with various animated displays, all synchronized to festive music.
Lubbock Light Park will be open daily from November 8 through December 27. Visitors can enjoy the magical experience from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 5:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Fridays through Sundays.
Admission will be charged per vehicle, with tickets priced at $30. More details about the event and ticket purchases can be found on the park’s official website.
