Stella's Hosts Five-Course Dinner for New Executive Chef

 

LUBBOCK, TX — Lubbock’s longtime family-owned restaurant Stella’s announced the appointment of Executive Chef Timothy Gaglio in a press release. To celebrate the new chef, the restaurant will host an exclusive five-course dinner on Wednesday, November 13.

According to the release, Chef Gaglio brings his experience from prestigious restaurants in New York City, the Hamptons, and South Florida and is excited to impress local diners with his culinary expertise. He has a deep-rooted passion for Italian cuisine, cultivated through years of family tradition.

The coursed dinner will take place in The Copper Room inside Stella’s and Manhattan 9, and the description of each course can be found here.

Tickets for the event and dinner are for sale at $85 per person and can be purchased online. At this time, only 27 tickets remain.

Stella’s is located at 6015 82nd Street. Its normal operating hours are 11:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Friday, and 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Saturday. On Sunday, the restaurant is open from 10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
