I-27 Southbound On-Ramp Closed for Bridge Reconstruction

 

LUBBOCK, TX — Crews are rebuilding the southbound I-27 frontage road on-ramp bridge, located south of Yucca Lane, today, Monday, November 25.

The Texas Department of Transportation announced that the ramp and southbound I-27 Exit 6B will be closed at 9:00 a.m.

Drivers needing access to Loop 289 will be detoured to Exit 7. Southbound I-27 frontage road traffic will continue to flow, connecting with the I-27 main lanes south of Loop 289.

Motorists are to follow detours and plan for delays.
