LUBBOCK, TX — Many people in the Hub City have long wondered about the assumed office building on 82nd Street, nestled alongside Lake Ridge Golf Course and between Drug Emporium and TruFit.
After first breaking ground in late 2020, Lubbockites finally have an answer.
Ponto Gaucho, a new Brazilian Steakhouse, has officially announced its location at Suite 109 in the CMS Properties building, "The Place."
The restaurant will offer an all-you-can-eat experience, featuring a salad bar with fresh vegetables, cheeses, and hot dishes. Guests can also enjoy unlimited servings of prime cuts of beef, lamb, chicken, pork, and grilled pineapple. Brazilian drinks and desserts will also be available, with vegetarian options available. Customers can choose the full experience, including the salad bar and meats, or just the salad bar for a lighter option.

According to CMS Properties website, "The Place" at 5107 82nd Street in Lubbock offers 80,000 square feet of customizable office space with stunning views of Lakeridge Golf Course and the south Lubbock skyline. Executive suites starting at 374 SF and varying office sizes are available in a high-traffic area, with approximately 52,000 vehicles passing daily. So far, Ponto Gaucho Brazilian Steakhouse is the only business claiming territory.

CMS Properties has many spaces and suites in the Lubbock area, including the long strip called The Commons off Milwaukee Avenue.
