Lubbock Officials Announce Lane Closures for Future Construction

 

LUBBOCK, TX — The City of Lubbock announced on Friday, January 10, upcoming lane closures around the city due to ongoing construction projects.

On Monday, January 13, the Water Utilities Department of the City of Lubbock will implement lane closures on Avenue J, specifically between 50th Street and 52nd Street, to conduct repairs on a sewer manhole. Depending on weather, the closure is expected to last for approximately two weeks. 

The City advises motorists to exercise caution when navigating through construction zones or to consider using alternative routes.
