LUBBOCK, TX — Skyviews Restaurant of Texas Tech University is launching a new dinner series for the Spring semester to support students in the Restaurant, Hotel & Institutional Management (RHIM) program.
The weekly event will be held every Wednesday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., starting February 5 and running through April 30. Reservations are available from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
According to a press release, Skyviews will offer a rotating buffet with fresh, new dishes each week.
In addition to the buffet, Skyviews will also feature a special pop-up restaurant series in February, where Texas Tech hospitality students will collaborate to create a themed dinner menu. This series will offer an à la carte selection, including appetizers and entrées, all designed and prepared by TTU students.
