LUBBOCK, TX – Tickets are now available for the 2025 Lubbock Book Festival, set to take place on August 23 at the Overton Hotel and Conference Center, located at 2322 Mac Davis Lane.
According to the Lubbock Book Festival website, the festival will bring a lineup of authors, literary events, and programming to the Lubbock community.
This year's festival theme is "Summer Camp" and will showcase a lineup of nationally recognized, best-selling, and award-winning authors, including Jiffy Kate, Amy Briggs, S.J. Dahlstrom, Greg Bower, and Sapphire Knight.
General admission tickets are priced at $15 for adults, $5 for students (including college students), and children 12 and under can attend for free.
The first 400 adult tickets sold will include a free swag bag!
The Lubbock Book Festival is a fundraiser for Literacy Lubbock, a nonprofit organization that provides free adult literacy classes and one-on-one tutoring. The proceeds from the festival directly benefit these programs so education remains accessible and affordable to everyone in the South Plains.
In 2024, the festival hosted over 40 authors and attracted more than 600 attendees.
