"The Rolling Cones" Food Truck to Open First Brick-And-Mortar

LUBBOCK, TX — After months of construction, The Rolling Cones, a popular local ice cream business that started as a food truck, is nearing the grand opening of its first brick-and-mortar location.

The new store recently announced that it will open by the end of next week.

While construction has taken longer than expected, The Rolling Cones thanked Lubbock in a Facebook post for its patience and shared their excitement about the upcoming launch.

“We can’t wait, and will have lots of new menu items that we are very excited about,” the team wrote in a social media post. “Stay tuned and we will post an opening date!”

The Rolling Cones is located at 3006 34th Street.
