Another All-You-Can-Eat Sushi Spot Shows Signs of Opening

LUBBOCK, TX — A new all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant is set to open soon in Lubbock at the former Texas Roadhouse building.

Umiya Sushi, soon to be located at 4810 S. Loop 289, is currently undergoing renovations and has recently added a sign to the building. The all-you-can-eat restaurant is expected to open by November 2025, according to reports.

According to its website, Umiya Sushi offers made-to-order, all-you-can-eat meals prepared fresh and served directly to the table.

For those not opting for the all-you-can-eat option, an à la carte menu will also be available, says the website.

Umiya Sushi is expanding its presence in Texas, with locations already in Corpus Christi and San Antonio, and new restaurants planned for Dallas and Houston.
