Broadway at Buddy Holly Hall Series Ends with "The Addams Family"

LUBBOCK, TX — The 2024–2025 Broadway at the Buddy Holly Hall series will conclude this June with The Addams Family: A Musical Comedy.

The national touring production will take the stage in Lubbock from June 13 to 15 at the Helen DeVitt Jones Theater, located within the Buddy Holly Hall of Performing Arts and Sciences.

Each performance begins at 7:30 p.m., with doors opening one hour prior at 6:30 p.m.

According to a press release, the show "centers on Wednesday Addams, “the ultimate princess of darkness,” who surprises her delightfully ghoulish family by falling for a kind, intelligent young man from a traditional, well-mannered household. The story takes a twist when the Addams family hosts a dinner to meet the boyfriend and his parents, forcing Gomez to keep a secret from Morticia for the first time."
