LAS Seeks Medical Foster Care for Nine Puppy Litters

 

LUBBOCK, TX — The City of Lubbock Animal Services is urgently looking for medical foster homes for nine litters of puppies and their nursing mothers.

According to a press release, some puppies are newborns and require specialized care for up to six to eight weeks.

LAS is asking pet owners in the community to help reduce the number of stray animals by spaying or neutering their pets.

Anyone interested in fostering these animals can contact LAS at 806-775-2057.

The department also offers information and resources for those needing help spaying or neutering their pets.
