City Council to Hold Public Hearing on Roadway Impact Fees

LUBBOCK, TX — The Lubbock City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, to consider amendments to the city’s land use assumptions and capital improvements plan, along with the proposed adoption of roadway impact fees.

The hearing will take place immediately following the executive session in the City Council Chambers at Citizens Tower, located at 1314 Avenue K.

Members of the public are invited to attend and may present evidence or testimony for or against the proposed update.
