Upland Avenue Closure Due to Sewer Line Construction

LUBBOCK, TX — The City of Lubbock recently announced upcoming road closures for the better part of the month of June.

Upland Avenue between 9th Street and 12th Street will be closed for the next several weeks as crews work to construct a new sewer main.

The project is expected to be completed by June 26, weather permitting.

Drivers are urged to use caution in the area or seek alternate routes during the closure.
