PSA: Should a Pet be a Christmas Gift?

LUBBOCK, TX — Lubbock Animal Services recently released a public service announcement (PSA) to Lubbock residents about the pros and cons of gifting a pet to a loved one for Christmas. The question is, should a pet be a Christmas gift?
