Texas High School Football to Induct Patrick Mahomes into Hall of Fame

 

WACO, TX — Former Texas Tech Red Raider Patrick Mahomes will soon add another accolade to his long list of accomplishments in his career. The Board of Directors of the Texas High School Football Hall of Fame has announced the nine individuals selected for induction into next year’s class.

The Class of 2025 is headlined by current Kansas City Chiefs quarterback and NFL MVP Patrick Mahomes, along with former Heisman Trophy winner Robert Griffin III.

The class will be honored and inducted on May 10, 2025, in Waco. The event is private and not open to the public.

The Class of 2025 inductees are:

1969 & Before — Gary Keithley, Alvin High School

1970s — Pat Thomas, Plano High School

1980s — Brad Goebel, Cuero High School

1990s — John C. Norman, Midland Lee (Legacy)

2000s — Robert Griffin III, Copperas Cove High School

2010s — Patrick Mahomes, Whitehouse High School

Dave Campbell Contributor to the Game — David Smoak, Media 

Eddie Joseph/THSFHOF Coach — Jeff Traylor, Gilmer High School
