LUBBOCK, TX — Friends and family gathered at Peoples' Bank Stadium on Wednesday, January 15, to send off the Frenship Cheerleading squad headed out to the UIL State Cheerleading Competition that will be held this weekend, January 16-18, at the Fort Worth Convention Center in Fort Worth.

- First Competition: Coed Division - First Performance on Thursday, Jan. 16, at 1:03 p.m.

Frenship will compete in the Coed Division. Other schools around the South Plains that send cheerleading squads include Jayton, Ropes, New Home, and Shallowater. These schools will represent the 2A and 3A Divisions at the competition.
