Three Lady Plainsmen Sign to Play at the Next Level

 

LUBBOCK, TX — Three Monterey Lady Plainsmen student-athletes signed their letters of intent to play collegiate soccer on Thursday afternoon, February 20.

The Lady Plainsmen's Makayla Coronado, Aliza Garcia, and Aniyah Perez all signed with Wayland Baptist to continue their soccer careers together.

Monterey High School hosted the ceremony in Plainsmen Alley on Thursday afternoon. Surrounded by family, coaches, and their entire team, the three ladies took the next step on their athletic and academic journies.

Congratulations are in order for their achievement and Lubbock looks forward to what these ladies do in the furute.
