Three Texas Tech Women’s Golfers Named to Academic All-District Team

LUBBOCK, TX – Texas Tech women’s golf standouts Maja Ambroziak, Kylee Loewe and Danique Stokmans have been named to the 2025 Academic All-District® Women’s College Division At-Large Team, College Sports Communicators announced Tuesday.

The award honors student-athletes who excel both in competition and in the classroom. Nominees must maintain at least a 3.50 cumulative GPA and participate in at least 70 percent of their team's scoring events or be included in the lineup at their conference championship.

Ambroziak, a sophomore accounting and finance major, holds a perfect 4.00 GPA. Stokmans, a junior transfer from Oregon State, recently completed her first year at Texas Tech and is pursuing an MBA in marketing analytics after earning her undergraduate degree in Corvallis.

Loewe, who graduated last month with a degree in journalism, earned Academic All-District honors for the second straight year.

This marks the first career Academic All-District recognition for both Ambroziak and Stokmans
