LUBBOCK, TX – Texas Tech wraps up its three-game homestand this Saturday night with a sold-out clash against Cincinnati at Jones AT&T Stadium. Fans are encouraged to wear black for the 7 p.m. kickoff.
SOLD OUT CROWD EXPECTED - For the second time this season, Texas Tech has sold out its primary ticket inventory. Fans still seeking seats are advised to use SeatGeek, the official secondary ticket provider for the Red Raiders. Tickets purchased from unauthorized third-party sources may not be valid, and Texas Tech Athletics will not assist with counterfeit tickets. Fans can verify their tickets on gameday at stadium ticket booths, which will open at 4 p.m.
“TAP AND GO” MOBILE TICKETING - Texas Tech has introduced a new “tap and go” mobile ticketing system to streamline stadium entry. All tickets are mobile-only and will now be scanned wirelessly without the need for QR codes. Screenshots of tickets are no longer accepted. Ticket transfers can be made online or through the Texas Tech mobile app.
ADDITIONAL ENTRY GATES - Three new entry gates have been added at the South End Zone Building. Gates 8 and 10 will be open to all fans, while Gate 9 is designated for those with premium seating in the South End Zone. The expanded concourse offers easier access around the stadium.
NATIONAL BROADCAST ON ESPN2 - The game will air live on ESPN2, with Brian Custer, Rod Gilmore, and Lauren Sisler providing commentary. Fans can also stream the game via the ESPN app.
STUDENT GIVEAWAYS - The first 2,000 Texas Tech students at the game will receive reversible pull banners at Gate 6, the primary student entrance.
RAIDER ALLEY FESTIVITIES - Raider Alley, open four hours before kickoff, will feature a performance by Paul Wall and Slim Thug at 5 p.m. The concert will take place right after Raider Walk, where fans can greet the team as they enter the stadium around 4:45 p.m.
HEAT MANAGEMENT STATIONS - With temperatures expected to be above 80°F, fans are reminded to stay hydrated. Texas Tech will allow one unopened 20-ounce water bottle per person and will provide heat management stations with cold towels, fans, and sunscreen throughout the stadium.
NEW CONCESSION OPTIONS - New food options include Big Chicken, a chain founded by Shaquille O’Neal, along with additional grab-and-go marketplaces located throughout the stadium. Fans can also use the StadiumDrop app for in-seat concession delivery.
CASHLESS VENUE - Jones AT&T Stadium is entirely cashless, accepting only credit, debit, or contactless payments at concession stands and retail outlets.
CITIBUS SHUTTLE SERVICE - Citibus will provide roundtrip shuttle service from designated locations for $6 per person. Payment is available through the “Go Pass” app.
CLEAR BAG POLICY - Texas Tech’s clear bag policy remains in effect, with restrictions on bag sizes and types. Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items following an inspection.
NO RE-ENTRY Re-entry to Jones AT&T Stadium will not be permitted once inside. Fans wishing to re-enter must have a new ticket for admission.
