According to their website, three business partners and friends from the restaurant world created a vision for the "Ultimate Beer Bar” in 2007. They recognized the growth in the craft beer market and appreciated the simplicity of operating a beer bar rather than a full-service restaurant, so they began creating The Brass Tap. With 45+ different kinds of beer on tap from around the globe, the beer bar also features wine, cocktails, pizza, burgers, wings, and a brunch menu.
