Lubbock-Cooper Athletes Sign to Play at the Next Level

 

LUBBOCK, TX — Eleven talented athletes from Lubbock-Cooper High School signed letters of intent last week, officially committing to compete at the collegiate level. Surrounded by family, coaches, and teammates, these Pirates and Lady Pirates put pen to paper.

Bailey Cate, Brentley Preston, and Jake Qualia all committed to play at the Division I level. Wyatt Self and Manderigh Santos will be staying home to attend college in Lubbock at Lubbock Christian University, while Brooklyn Ray will be just up the road in Levelland at Wayland Baptist.

Finally, Bird Moffitt, Brooklynne Collins, Cruz Lopez, Kaden Buske, and Alyssa Lozano will be around the state and beyond to further their academic and athletic careers.
