Gametime Change Announced for Lady Raider's Matchup Against Houston

IRVING, TX — The Big 12 announced on Monday, January 20, that there will be a change to this week's basketball schedule in Houston.

Due to inclement weather, Houston's matchup against Utah on Tuesday, January 21, has been postponed. The Cougars will now face off with the Utes on Wednesday, January 22, at 5 p.m.

The Texas Tech Lady Raiders were already expected to play Houston at 7 p.m. on Wednesday but will now play earlier to accommodate a double-header for Houston. The Lady Raiders will now tip off at 1 p.m. on Wednesday.

Texas Tech comes off a 70-65 home win over BYU to snap a 5-game Big 12 skid. The Lady Raiders have a chance to build off that momentum against Houston as the Lady Raiders won these two team's first matchup earlier this season, 74-59.
