LPD Hosts 2nd Annual Women in Law Enforcement Event

 

LUBBOCK, TX — The Lubbock Police Department invites any women interested in a career in law enforcement to attend its 2nd Annual Women in Law Enforcement event on Saturday, February 15.

According to a social media post from LPD, attendees will meet and hear from women currently working in different roles and will share their personal experiences of serving the Hub City.

All participants will learn about the hiring process, academy training, the benefits of joining the Lubbock Police Department, and what it's like to work in law enforcement.

Those interested in attending are encouraged to RSVP by Friday, February 7.
