Three-Car Crash on US 87 Leaves One Injured

LUBBOCK, TX — A three-car crash early on November 12 at the intersection of US Highway 87 and FM 1585 left one person with minor injuries.

According to a press release, at approximately 6:25 a.m., the Lubbock County Sheriff's Office responded to the scene and found a red Volkswagen, a white Chevrolet pickup, and a red Chevrolet pickup involved in the crash.

Authorities stated the white Chevrolet pickup appeared to have rear-ended the red Chevrolet pickup, causing it to collide with the red Volkswagen.

One driver of the vehicle suffered minor injuries but was transported by a friend for medical attention. No other injuries were reported.
