Toddler Hit by Car in Hereford, Dies in Lubbock Hospital

 

HEREFORD, TX — The Hereford Police Department is investigating a fatal crash on Monday involving a 2-year-old child.

At around 3:50 p.m. on March 24, officers responded to a call about a disturbance in the 100 block of Kibbe Street. When authorities arrived, it was determined that a vehicle hit the child.

Emergency responders quickly transported the child to Lubbock for treatment, but the child later died from their injuries, according to a social media post.

The investigation into the accident is ongoing, and no additional details have been shared at this time.
