Rollover Near Idalou Closes Eastbound Access Road

LUBBOCK, TX — A car crash at the intersection of East CR 6300 and Highway 62 has closed the eastbound access road in northeast Lubbock near Idalou.

At approximately 1:50 p.m. on January 29, the Lubbock County Sheriff's Office responded to a crash involving a grey sedan and a white pickup truck.

The crash caused the sedan to roll over, blocking eastbound traffic on CR 6300, and no injuries have been reported.

DPS advises the public to avoid the area.

The cause of the accident is currently under investigation by DPS.
