LUBBOCK, TX — As winter weather conditions continue in the South Plains area, the following schools have reported delays or closures for Friday, Jan. 10, 2025:
Public & Private Schools:
- Abernathy ISD: School is delayed until 10 a.m.
- All Saints Episcopal School: School is delayed until 10 a.m.
- Amhurst ISD: School is delayed until 10 a.m.
- Crosbyton ISD: School is delayed until 10 a.m. Buses are also delayed.
- Denver City ISD: School is delayed until 10 a.m. Buses are also delayed.
- Floydata ISD: School is delayed until 10 a.m. Buses will be on pavement only.
- Lockney ISD: School is delayed until 10 a.m.
- Hale Center ISD: School will start at 10 a.m.
- Idalou ISD: School will start at 10 a.m. Buses will follow a two-hour delay schedule.
- Lorenzo ISD: School is delayed until 10 a.m.
- New Deal ISD: School is delayed until 10 a.m. Buses are also delayed.
- Olton ISD: School is delayed until 10 a.m. Buses are delayed and will be on pavement only.
- Petersburg ISD: School is delayed until 10 a.m.
- Ralls ISD: School is delayed until 10 a.m. Buses are also delayed.
- Southcrest Christian School: School is delayed until 10 a.m.
- Southland ISD: School is delayed until 10 a.m. Buses are also delayed.
- Sudan ISD: Delayed until 9 a.m. Buses will be on pavement only.
- Springlake-Earth ISD: School will start at 10 a.m. Buses will be on pavement only.
- Lazbuddie ISD: School will start at 10 a.m. Buses on 2 hour delay on pavement only.
