Two Dogs Killed in Levelland Mobile Home Blaze

 

LEVELLAND, TX – A fire broke out early Friday morning at a single-family mobile home in the 200 block of Avenue T, claiming the lives of two dogs but leaving no human injuries, according to the Levelland Fire Department.

The fire was reported at 2:46 a.m., and first responders arrived promptly at the scene. Although the home appeared vacant, firefighters noted signs suggesting that someone may have been staying there sporadically.

Sundown Volunteer Fire Department also assisted in the effort, providing extra help to remove the fire.

At this time, authorities have not reported any human injuries.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
